Week 2 Links–D.C. Edition
Wow! It’s been a hectic week! I spent all week in Washington, D.C. and haven’t had much time to go through my reader. There were some great posts out there this week so be sure to check them out. I hope I didn’t miss any!
Simply Thrifty writes on “The Ethics of a good Deal.” Very thought provoking. It makes you question just how honest you really need to be.
Adrea Dickson at Wise Bread is also making us think this week. It’s so hard to justify how much a CEO makes compared to the average worker. Many think there shouldn’t be any cap on salaries, but she raises many questions. Are massive CEO salaries and buyout packages a wise use of investors’ money?
Trent at The Simple Dollar points out something most PF bloggers have in common: We learned the Hard Way!
JLP at All Financial Mattersincludes an email from Jeffrey Voudrie from Guarding Your Wealth on “When to Start Social Security Benefits.” He points out that it may actually be worth it to wait as long as you can to start.
Gather Little By Little shows how to really tell that we’re in a recession!
Bob at Christian Personal Finance tells us the key to getting out of debt is Sacrifice. I heard it put this way earlier in the week: Do what you have to do when you have to, so you can do what you want to do when you want to.
Hope everyone had a great week!
